It's been a tiring day, and there are still tasks to be done today...sometimes I wonder why I am singing these songs.....oH right, 300 songs is the target, and #119 is more than a third of the way to the target. I must admit I am learning a lot, but I must also admit that this is a time taking process. Perhaps I may be needed somewhere else more than time being spent in self indulgence! :)
Yes, I did say, I am learning a lot.
It is day 119, and today's song is Kaun Aaya Mere Man Ke Dware sung by Manna Dey from the 1957 movie Dekh Kabira Roya, directed and produced by Amiya Chakrabarty. Music composed by Madan Mohan, and lyrics written by Sahir Ludhianvi.
The movie, I have not seen. Reading thought wiki page, looks to be a good comedy movie. Perhaps I will watch it tonight.
The song is not a very well known song. I know it from the Manna Dey cassette tape that was in my father's music collection. We used to listen to as kids. Once in a while radio or chitrahaar must have played the song too. I think.
This turned out to be a difficult song to sing. I am not attempting to copy or emulate the original.
Pardon my flaws.
Here, it is, my rendition of the song:
Chords: ?Lyrics:
